Jeffrey Wasserman and Linda SheridanWe started attending services and classes at Boca Beach Chabad, and quickly realized that we had found, not only a wonderful spiritual home, but an entire family. Now, approx four years later, we feel more than ever, that our decision has been confirmed. After Jeff’s lengthy illness and recovery this year, Rabbi New, and many of our Chabad friends, were with us every step of the way. The New Family are amongst the finest people we have ever met, and despite being so busy, always take the time to make everyone a priority. Jeff’s background is fairly secular, Linda is from a more observant home in London, but neither of us have ever felt judged by our lack of knowledge. The Chabad attitude is always, not that you don’t know it, but that you don’t know it YET. It is a joy continuing to learn at Boca Beach Chabad, where the love of Judaism and of our fellow Jews, is at the forefront of everything we do. The Boca Beach Chabad brings to life Sly Stones’ famous song: We are Family. |

The Birman FamilyMy family and I moved to South Florida 25 years from Montreal. Over the years we were affiliated with other branches of Judaism and were at times even unaffiliated. It was not until we met Rabbi and Ahuva New that it clicked. We came from a more orthodox flavored environment and instantly we felt like we finally belonged. Whether it's taking a meaningful class, enjoying fun programs, hearing world renowned speakers or attending Shabbat and holiday services you come away enriched. No one is ever judged for how much or how little you choose to take part in. After many years I am finally home at Boca Beach Chabad. Thanks to Rabbi and Ahuva New for all you contribute to our family and for the East Boca Raton community. |

Jason and ElyssaEver since we moved to East Boca we have found the Chabad community extremely inviting. We were even privileged to host our Auf Ruf celebration at the Chabad House with our extended family and friends! |

Sue PilossophBoca Beach Chabad is an amazing place. When I first moved to the area 8 years ago, I went seeking services for the high holidays. What I discovered was not only a wonderful community, but a place where everyone is treated like family. Rabbi New and Rebbetzin Ahuva graciously provide education, inspiration and a sense of belonging so that every Jewish person can discover the G‑dly spark within that makes each of us unique and united. |
